Maui Police Officer Keith Taguma writes thousands of traffic tickets every year. The story is that he’ll write anyone–ANYONE–a ticket, so we decided to have some fun and find out how many Maui County candidates on the 2014 Hawaii Primary Election ballot have felt the sting of a Taguma ticket. Here are the results:
